Main Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the entire process of product planning, design and development of the event system and promotion system;
2. Design and implement functional systems for the automated creation, generation and operation of various activities; 3. Work closely with the marketing team to develop tools that can quickly generate customer acquisition activity pages; 4. Design and implement a personalized event push system within the product to improve user conversion and retention rates;
5. Analyze user data and market trends, and continuously optimize the effectiveness of the event system;
6. Work closely with the development team, design team and other relevant departments to ensure the smooth delivery of the product;
7. Develop a product roadmap and make timely adjustments based on company strategy and market demand;
8. Monitor key performance indicators and make improvements based on data insights;
Job Requirements
1. More than 5 years of experience as a product manager, including at least 3 years of successful experience with event systems, promotion systems or similar marketing technology platforms;
2. In-depth understanding of strategies and best practices for user acquisition, conversion and retention;
3. Possess excellent analytical skills and be able to use data to drive decisions;
4. Have certain knowledge of the Fintech industry and understand the market policies and regulations of a certain financial industry;
5. Be sensitive to new market activities and customer acquisition tools;
6. Have a deep understanding and knowledge of marketing strategies and technologies;
