My client, a Tier-1 Insurance firm, is currently hiring for a driven Finance Operations Manager for a 15-month contract to take on an exciting Finance Transformation project.
This is a great opportunity for Finance professionals experienced in Finance Ops who are passionate about project management and Finance Transformation to build experience in a dynamic Tier-1 firm.
Candidates with experience in Insurance industry are ideal, but those in other financial services firms with strong finance operations/finance systems experience are welcome to apply!

Key responsibilities:
- Perform Finance Operations activities - primarily preparing balance sheet reconciliation and substantiation
- Be a point of contact with the BAU Finance department to ensure smooth migration of the Finance back-end system
- Ensure that data flow is accurate and reflected accurately to General Ledger, review UAT reports to identify and address any issues
- Identify process enhancement opportunities or areas with discrepancies and escalate to relevant stakeholders within the Finance team
Key requirements:
- 5+ years of Finance Operations experience within the Insurance industry ideal
- Accountants in Banks/Asset Management with strong Finance Operations/Transformation experience are welcome to apply.
