Distribution Lead - Bancassurance & Affinity

Role Overview:
The Distribution Lead will oversee and coordinate bancassurance and affinity channel distribution activities, working closely with internal teams and external partners to optimise product placement and sales performance within the organisation.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Significant background developing and optimising bancassurance partnerships in the APAC region, with strong connections with financial institutions.
• Experience with General Insurance Products, including Travel, Home, Motor, Personal Accident, and Medical.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of distribution strategies in bancassurance and affinity channels.
• Collaborate with partners to optimise product distribution and maximise sales
• Manage relationships with external partners and internal teams to ensure alignment on business goals
• Drive initiatives that enhance partnership performance and growth
• Monitor and analyse distribution performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
• Proven experience across multiple distribution channels, including bancassurance, affinity and broker distribution.
• Knowledge of Consumer insurance products and distribution strategies
