Portfolio Manager

Role Overview:
The Portfolio Manager will oversee asset allocation, conduct in-depth research and analysis, and ensure portfolio performance aligns with company goals. This role requires working closely with teams to translate investment views into actionable strategies, providing insights and tactical recommendations to senior management.
Key Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in equities and fixed income investment management
• Proven ability to conduct asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk hedging independently
• Experience working within mid- to large-sized financial institutions such as banks, asset management firms, pension funds, or sovereign wealth funds
• Familiarity with established investment research frameworks, compliance processes, and risk management systems
• Proficiency in Bloomberg PORT or BlackRock Aladdin
• Demonstrated market insight and cross-cycle analytical capability
• GIPS-compliant performance records or third-party audited track records (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement investment strategies across asset classes
• Identify investment opportunities and manage diversified portfolios balancing risk and return
• Conduct fundamental and quantitative analysis to support decision-making
• Monitor macroeconomic trends, market developments, and sector performance
• Present recommendations on portfolio opposition and sizing to senior management and the investment committee
• Monitor portfolio performance and risk, ensuring alignment with objectives
• Prepare bi-weekly market update and performance reports, providing insights to stakeholders
• Recommend tactical adjustments based on market conditions and portfolio performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in investment management
• Ability to independently undertake investment decision-making processes
• Experience with asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management within a financial institution
• On-site working environment preferred or required
• Right to work in the specified location (if applicable)
