We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Financial Lines Broker to join our dynamic insurance team in Singapore. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen understanding of financial and professional risks.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Financial Lines insurance, either from a broking or underwriting background. Strong client-servicing abilities, analytical skills, and attention to detail are essential. A good understanding of regulatory requirements in Singapore and experience handling complex corporate accounts will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess client needs to recommend appropriate financial lines insurance solutions
  • Advise clients on suitable coverage options tailored to their risk profiles
  • Place complex risks in both local and international insurance markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters and clients across the region
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality broking and risk advisory services
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of broking practices and operational efficiency
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the financial lines sector
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to client acquisition and retention strategies



Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Lines insurance.
  • Proven experience in broking or underwriting in a similar role.
  • Strong technical understanding of Financial Lines products including D&O, PI, and Cyber Liability.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local insurance regulations and compliance standards.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACII, ANZIIF) are desirable.
  • Team player with a client-first mindset and a professional approach to work.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
