We are seeking an experienced and customer-centric Premier Relationship Manager (Onshore) to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As a Premier Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience to high-net-worth individuals, providing tailored financial solutions and advisory services that are aligned with each client’s wealth objectives and life goals.

In this role, you will manage a dedicated portfolio of affluent clients, establish long-term relationships by understanding their financial needs, and offer a comprehensive range of wealth management products including investment, insurance, and banking solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal specialists to deliver holistic, personalised solutions whilst ensuring strict adherence to compliance, regulatory, and risk guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted adviser to high-net-worth clients, delivering dedicated financial advice and wealth planning.
  • Achieve business targets in portfolio growth, revenue generation and client acquisition.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial planning discussions with clients.
  • Understand clients' goals, risk tolerance, financial position and investment preferences.
  • Work closely with product and investment specialists to deliver tailored wealth solutions.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks within the client portfolio.
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.

Requirements:

  • Ideally Premier Wealth Management (Min 2 years of experience) or Retail Wealth Management (3–5 years of experience)
  • Strong knowledge of financial products including investment, insurance, and structured products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CMFAS Modules 1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9 & M9A) required.
